From the Applications page, pick a vacant unit with an advertised rent and copy its application link. Each link is used once and is consumed when an applicant starts their application, even if they do not submit it. Send a fresh link to each applicant.

A government-issued photo ID image is required on every application, plus a pay stub or a credit-score document. Optional bank-linked income verification through Plaid shows income as verified from bank data.
